We notify ticket holders by email if we know of a major cancellation at least two days before the performance. As much notice is given as possible. Details of all major cancellations will also be shared via our front of house screens prior to the performance. Cast changes will also be highlighted on the relevant event page on our website.
General rehearsal tickets cannot be offered for resale, exchange or account credit, but you can donate them back to the Royal Ballet and Opera.
