Your reaction: What did you think of The Royal Opera's La bohème?
Audience and press reactions of Richard Jones’s production of Puccini’s beautiful opera.
Superb revival of #ROHboheme @TheRoyalOpera. Faultless cast and brilliant playing made this the best outing so far of Jones' wonderful staging, which is a 1000 times better than the lame Copely version it replaced. 👏👏👏

Castronovo in costume at last for this snowy #ROHBohème and boy was he good! Convincing portrayal of a poet in love slowly waking up to a very real, devastating death. Mihai & Garifullina both gorgeous. A cast like this can rectify almost anything, even the poltergeist stove! pic.twitter.com/RQASz5cZ2m

Really enjoyed #ROHboheme this evening. Singing excellent. @ROHchorus in fine form with a tremendous Act 2, and plenty of snow. The perfect production to see this winter. 🎶 pic.twitter.com/cDF64yUoxA

The combination of the ever fantastic Charles Castronovo and Simona Mihai (coming in at short notice as Mimi) for #rohboheme opening night tonight was 🔥🔥
