Ginger Costa-Jackson’s recent engagements include the title role of Carmen (Opéra Royal de Wallonie-Liège, Vancouver Opera, Manitoba Opera, English National Opera, Lyric Opera of Kansas City, Master Voices in New York); Bradamante in Alcina, Musetta in La bohème and Angelina in La Cenerentola (Seattle Opera), Andromaca in Rossini’s Ermione (Washington Concert Opera), Charlotte in Werther (Grange Park Opera), Preziosilla in La forza del destino (A Coruña Opera Festival), Donna Elvira (Teatro Petruzzelli), Giulietta in Les contes d’Hoffmann (Liceu, Barcelona), Dorabella in Così fan tutte and Cherubino in Le nozze di Figaro (La Monnaie De Munt, Brussels) and Despina in Così fan tutte (Paris Opera). Her 2024/25 Season engagements include Carmen with Staatsoper Hamburg, Shenzhen Opera and Florida Grand Opera. She makes her debut with The Royal Opera in the 2024/25 Season as Cherubino.
