Since her international breakthrough at the Salzburg Festival in 2009 under Riccardo Muti, Marina Rebeka has been a regular guest at concert halls and opera houses worldwide, including the Metropolitan Opera, Carnegie Hall, La Scala, Milan, Royal Opera House, the Concertgebouw, Bayerische Staatsoper, Vienna State Opera, Zurich Opera and Teatro Real, Madrid. She collaborates with conductors Riccardo Muti, Zubin Mehta, Antonio Pappano, Fabio Luisi, Yannick Nézet-Séguin, Daniele Gatti, Marco Armiliato, Michele Mariotti, Thomas Hengelbrock and Lorenzo Viotti, among others. She was nominated as the first-ever artist-in-residence with the Munich Radio Orchestra and the Best Female Singer of the Year by the International Classical Music Awards. Recent highlights include the title roles in Thaïs and Médée and Elena (I vespri siciliani) for La Scala, Milan, Leonora (Il trovatore) for the Royal Opera House and Bayerische Staatsoper, Cio-Cio-San (Madama Butterfly) for Vienna State Opera Zurich Opera and her role debut as Aida for Staatsoper Berlin. Recordings include with Warner Classic, Deutsche Grammophon and BR Klassik, as well as her own record label, Prima Classic, on which she released full recordings of Il pirata, La traviata, Norma and solo albums. Engagements for 2024/25 include a London Symphony Orchestra tour with Gustavo Dudamel, Norma in Milan and her role debut as Elisabetta (Don Carlo) at Paris Opera.
