Peggy Olislaegers is a dance artist providing artistic and strategic advice to choreographers and performing art institutes in Europe. She directed the Dutch Dance Festival (2010-2016) and co-created the innovative European projects Act Your Age, Pivot Dance and Performing Gender. She has been Artistic Associate of dance company Rambert/London (2015-2019), and is Associate on Research and Development of Dutch National Ballet/Amsterdam (since 2019). Olislaegers trained at the Fontys Academy of Dance (NL). She has broad experience in nearly every aspect of the performing arts, from performer and maker to programmer, artistic director and CEO. In Europe she is regarded as a pioneer in dance dramaturgy. She advised leaders in the UK, Italy, Germany, France, Belgium, Lebanon, Taiwan and the Netherlands. She has worked with Joseph Toonga since 2017.
