Rachel Hollings

Born in Gloucestershire, she studied ballet with Lydia Kyasht Jr and piano with Frank Wibaut. She graduated in music, dance and drama in 1987 from the University of Birmingham, where she was the recipient of the Barber Scholarship for Music. From 1987 to 2000 she worked in arts administration at Belvoir Street Theatre, Sydney, the Royal Academy of Dance and Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design. She joined The Royal Ballet School in 2000 as Executive Assistant to the Directors, was appointed Artistic Administrator in 2010 and Executive Administrator in 2014. She joined the senior management of The Royal Ballet in 2015.
