This mixed programme celebrates past, present and future generations of Black and Brown ballet dancers.
A new family-friendly ballet choreographed by Liam Francis is performed alongside a presentation by the Black British Ballet Project and an open rehearsal from Joseph Sissens' Legacy celebration.

In a new work choreographed by Liam Francis, alumni dancers from the Royal Ballet and Opera's Chance to Dance programme perform alongside young ballet dancers from Chance to Dance: Connect. This new work will be performed alongside an open rehearsal of work from Joseph Sissens' imminent Legacy celebration in the Linbury Theatre.
In addition, a presentation by the Black British Ballet Project will focus on the hidden history of Black and Brown dancers in British ballet in the past century, celebrating the lives of these ballet pioneers.
